Our Pledge

Environmental Responsibility
With our heritage in smart mobility and traffic management, we contribute to reducing the overall carbon footprint and depletion of our natural resources. Our products and services provide mobility infrastructure solutions for agencies to efficiently manage traffic, reduce congestion and harmful emissions, to provide for cleaner air. We continuously look for State- of-the-Art technology for our products with a focus on sustainability. In our office locations, we promote energy-efficiency, hybrid work schedules, use of electric vehicles, recycling, and paper-free work while complying with environmental regulations.
Social Equity
We pledge to provide an inclusive, diverse, safe, and welcoming work environment that fosters respect and dignity for everyone. We implement policies to prevent discrimination based on age, disability, genetics, gender, national origin, pregnancy, race/color, religion, veteran status, sexual orientation, and gender identity. We are committed to increase the number of women in the transportation industry by joining ITS America’s Mobility XX initiative, and other groups. We value the unique talents and contributions of each employee by supporting professional development and providing a good work-life balance. We also aspire to make a positive impact in our local communities through regular outreach programs. In accordance with international treaties and policies, our goal is to protect human rights and welfare across our supply chain and customers.

Corporate Governance
Our management and governance policies are integrated into our business operations through accountability, transparency, and high morals. We protect the interests of all stakeholders, including employees, shareholders, suppliers, customers, and the broader community. Our management is a shepherd of the company’s core values by ensuring ethical behavior through our Code of Conduct. We take care to follow sound business practices, maintain a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy, and conduct business with high integrity. We recognize that good governance helps protect the environment and creates socially just communities and workplaces.
